Seth Sias has represented clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court.  Mr. Sias has assisted clients with disputes involving breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, construction disputes, and regulatory compliance.  Mr. Sias has also engaged in the pro bono representation of veterans of the United States Army and has teamed with the ACLU on federal civil rights impact litigation.

Before joining Brune & Richard, Mr. Sias was an associate at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP.  Mr. Sias also acted as a research attorney for the Honorable Judge Steven A. Brick of the Alameda County Superior Court.
