Sarah Jackel's practice focuses on white collar criminal matters, regulatory enforcement proceedings, and complex commercial litigation. She has experience defending individuals and corporations against a wide range of allegations, including securities violations, mortgage-backed securities-related fraud, off-label marketing, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. She has represented clients in federal and state courts and before the SEC, FINRA, and the U.S. Senate's Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.

Ms. Jackel has also maintained an active pro bono practice, defending indigent criminal defendants and prisoners in prosecutions, wrongful conviction appeals, and civil rights matters and providing representation to detainees detained without charge at the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay.

Prior to joining Brune & Richard, Ms. Jackel practiced with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Stillman, Friedman & Shechtman, P.C. in New York.
