Matthew Popowsky is experienced in complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters. He has represented corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of cases, including securities fraud, intellectual property, contract and antitrust matters, as well as in regulatory investigations. In addition, Mr. Popowsky has represented clients involved in securities offerings and merger transactions.

Before joining Brune & Richard in April 2010, Mr. Popowsky was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. During law school, Mr. Popowsky worked at the New York Civil Liberties Union, and as a judicial clerk for Magistrate Judge Theodore Katz in the Southern District of New York.
