Lee Taylor has represented a broad range of clients in complex commercial litigation, class actions and internal investigations. His practice areas include antitrust, unfair trade practices, telecommunications, and intellectual property and trade secrets. He has achieved denial of class certification, summary judgment and favorable settlements for his clients, as well as success at trial.

Recently, Mr. Taylor successfully defended a wireless telephone carrier at trial in an unfair trade practices case brought by the Attorney General of Florida that culminated in a complete win for the company. Other notable engagements include representing a semiconductor company as the plaintiff in an antitrust action under California’s Cartwright Act, representing entertainment companies in copyright litigation, representing a national test preparation company in an antitrust class action, and defending consumer class actions for a major telecommunications company.

Mr. Taylor has also represented companies in FCC and state utility proceedings and obtained antitrust clearance from the Department of Justice for a multi-billion dollar merger in the music publishing industry.

Before joining Brune & Richard, Mr. Taylor practiced with Munger, Tolles and Olson in Los Angeles and San Francisco and Jenner & Block in Washington, DC.
