Kevin Blake is experienced in complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate level.  He has represented and achieved favorable results for corporate clients in a wide variety of cases, ranging from contractual disputes to regulatory matters.  Additionally, he has maintained an active pro bono practice, litigating on behalf of local citizens concerned with fair elections and open democratic processes.  

Before joining the firm, Mr. Blake was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Arnold & Porter LLP, where he represented individual and corporate clients in regulatory investigations, complex commercial litigation matters and criminal investigations.
