Jessica Holloway has significant experience in civil litigation and regulatory matters. She has represented clients in a wide variety of complex matters including securities, antitrust and intellectual property litigation and regulatory investigations. She recently won a Section 1983 civil rights jury trial on behalf of a pro bono client in the Eastern District of New York.

Before joining Brune & Richard, Ms. Holloway was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2004-2010, where her practice focused on antitrust and securities fraud litigation and related regulatory investigations.
