Jessica Holloway is experienced in civil
litigation and regulatory matters. She has represented clients in a
wide variety of complex matters including securities, antitrust and
intellectual property litigation and regulatory investigations. She
recently won a Section 1983 civil rights jury trial on behalf of a
pro bono client in the Eastern District of New York.
Prior to joining Brune & Richard, Ms. Holloway
was an associate at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where
she worked from 2004 to 2010. Ms. Holloway served as law clerk to the
Honorable Julio Fuentes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third
Circuit from 2003 to 2004. Ms. Holloway graduated magna cum laude from
New York University School of Law in 2003, where she was elected to
the Order of the Coif. During law school, Ms. Holloway was Executive Articles Editor of the
Annual Survey of American Law and a Robert McKay scholar.
Ms. Holloway
earned her undergraduate degree in English from Yale University in
2000.
