Joanna D’Avella is experienced in complex commercial litigation. She has represented individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of matters, including securities, ERISA, antitrust, international tort and contract cases.

Before joining Brune & Richard, Ms. D’Avella was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. During law school, Ms. D’Avella externed at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
