Charles Michael is experienced in commercial litigation and regulatory matters.  Prior to joining Brune & Richard, Mr. Michael was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he represented clients in securities, antitrust, and intellectual property matters, as well as in criminal and regulatory cases.

Mr. Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Victor Marrero of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2003 to 2004, and also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edith B. Clement of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from 2002 to 2003.

In 2002, Mr. Michael graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.  Mr. Michael earned his B.A. in philosophy from Cornell University in 1999.
